How does it work?

Get started this easy:

1. Put the cord of the Knot Filler gun in a plug and let it warm up
2. Put a Knot Filler stick in the Knot Filler gun
3. "Shoot" the Knot Filler into the knot/repair. Make sure to use a good speed.
4. Quickly put a cooling block on the repair and let the repair cool off.
5. Remove excess Knot Filler with the chisel. The Knot Filler is ready for this when the cooling iron/block easily comes off the Knot Filler
6. Sand the repair and use surface treatment

Important!

Never lay the hot gun on its side.
Never point the nozzle upwards.
Close the Knot Filler bag tightly after use.

On/Off Switch
Precise control with the on/off function provides safe and simple operation. The gun can remain plugged in between tasks – just switch it off when not in use.

Power Indicator Light
A clear LED light shows when the gun is switched on and heating up, providing increased safety and optimal operational control.

Constant Temperature
Operates at a steady 190 °C for fast and efficient application.

Replaceable Nozzle
The nozzle can be changed when needed or if a different outlet size is required. Our standard nozzles are Ø1.5 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm.

Compatible with Ø12 mm Knot Filler Sticks
Fits Ø12 mm Wood Repair Knot Filler sticks for optimal performance and the best results.
